Would this help for those districts who have only 1 high school? Would setting the default value help or is it too late now that your Ed Fi is already submitting to ADVISER?
Go to System Settings >> Custom Data and Links>> Core Attribute/Dictionary >> Enrollment >> set the default value to ### (where ### is your 3 digit location code of your high school).

My fix has been entering the 3-digit high school ID for all students for this year’s enrollment in the Expected High School Grad field. This has been for all PK-12 Primary and B-3 Type N (special ed only) enrollments. Field is in attached screenshot.

If it does it in mass, then it should send updated data as the field changed from empty to a value. Then retry errors for Student School Association.
This would save time entering for every student.

I have had to open enrollment records and then immediately save for students that were not active in this years enrollment (transfers, etc.) after applying the grad code system wide. It did not update Ed-Fi, NDE until I did this. YMMV, just an FYI.
