Adviser timing out during comments update??

Is anyone else having issues with ADViSER working comments being negated after 5-10 minutes have passed?  I was working with our Stu Svc staff and we were entering comments for follow ups. I am clicking the Update option and it saves but when we return to previous page we get the dreaded yellow html screen and when we return to the same error to see if the comments saved, all of them are gone!  What a waste of time. Ugh. Is this happening to anyone else?
