Homeless Record Reporting

Does anyone else have a student who needed to be classified as homeless due to the living situation of living in a camper?  When we put in the "Not Applicable" option here it throws an error with NDE saying that we did not include a record. Is there a better option to pick for this? I have a ticket with NDE but it's been several days and I haven't received a response yet.

We have students in the same situation. We marked them as Hotels/Motels. Our rationale was that they are having to pay lot fees in the campground, similar to staying in a Hotel. The other options would not necessarily require any type of fee.

We have had a situation in a past year where the student had been marked as Unsheltered.  This was due to the person staying in the camper did not have functioning utilities and the camper was not considered a shelter with a permanent foundation. A staff person stated that it depends on the circumstances at the time they are being assessed as homeless.
