emails

I have a couple of parents who have said that email attachments from messenger are not coming through for them.  I feel like it may be an issue on their end, but has anyone encountered this and have any thoughts on what might be happening? Thanks!!!

Lori - I'm not sure if you have found a fix for your email problem already. We only attach PDF files - and that has worked for our district. 

Microsoft Word files were an issue years ago for us.

Thank you! We do only use PDF's--I spoke to the people who were having issues and asked them to check the settings on their devices and haven't heard anything back from them so hopefully they resolved it on their end.

Yes, if there are any symbols it will not accept the file - we have uploaded Word and Pdf into ours - as long

as there are only letters and numbers in the file name.
