If you are still having issues collecting the S-EBT Report information please submit a support ticket to ask for Support to help you with an Ad Hoc.  The SIS for S-EBT will not be completed in time for the extract and Michelle B created a wonderful ad hoc to get this information.  Thank you!

I used the P-EBT (Pandemic) tool in Infinite Campus to pull our data. Was that a mistake? I haven’t uploaded it yet but I thought they said in the zoom meeting this would work?? The P-EBT tool pulled two additional fields/columns than what the S-EBT asks for but I just deleted those two columns and all of the other columns lined up and look ready to upload. Has anyone else used the P-EBT tool for this?

Has anyone had issues with parents not seeing current fee’s on the parent portal – but as a staff member of the school – you can see that they are still needing to be paid? –Sam
