can you confirm what are equipment's required to  purchase  for start MT/PT, please suggest anything more with their specification if not mentioned below 

Regarding Mpi equipment need the fallowing accessories:

1. Electromagnetic yoke (AC/DC)
2. PIE GAUGE(FIELD INDICATOR)
3. GAUSS METER( FOR MEASURE RESIDUAL MAGNETISM)
4. DRY POWDER(POWDER BLOWER, OPERATING TEMP LESS THAN 360 DEGREE CENTIGRADE)
5. FLORESCENT LAMP OR UV LAMP (BLACK ;LIGHT 1000 LUX MIN CAPACITY)
6. WET PARTICLES,  MAGNAFLUX PREFERABLE  (TEMPERATURE LESS THAN 50 DEGREE CENTIGRADE)
7. CALIBRATION BLOCK(STANDARD TEST PIECE)
8. Ammeter??????

REGARDING LPT:

1. CLEANER
2. PENETRANT
3. DEVELOPER
4. COTTON CLOTHS FOR REMOVAL OF EXCESS PENETRATION
5. STANDARD CALIBRATION BLOCK

Teja,

I think you are missing out LUX meter and UV meter to measure the light intensities.

Do include them in the list.

Will mail you if I remember anything else.

how/where we are using in field like this  light meter and ammeter....

ji,

pie gauge is different from field indicator. and ammeter i dont think there is any use for it.. may be you are saying about field indicator.

Purchase one burma castrol strip also, which is used for measuring sensitivity.

Field indicator is used ot measure the resisual magnetism in the part after demagnetizing.

Lux meter and UV meter arew used to find the light intesities. Lux meter for Visible and UV meter for Fluorescent.
