use of number belt and number belt spacing in radiography marking

 dear judges this is urgent:

PLEASE LETS ME CLEAR  , WHATS THE USAGE OFof number belt and number belt spacing in radiography marking, in my procedure i submitted like below but client said, please address use of number belt and number belt spacing in radiography marking

    

in my procedure: 

      Location markers which mark appear as radiographic images on the film

shall be placed on the part, not on the exposure holder /cassette. For

location marker on film lead number belt can be use and spacing between

two number shall not be more than1inch.When using a DWDE(elliptical Or

superimposed) technique for pipe or tube welds 3.5 inch NPS or less in

diameter, the first exposure shall be identified with a lead letter "A" and the

second exposure shall be identified with a lead letter "B" (and "C" for third

exposure, superimposed)

the usage of belt is simply for identification purpose. sufficient spacing shall be provided to ensure null percent of overlap.
