7z library ported to NDS

just ported 7zip LZMA decompression library to NDS, seems work ok,
as test just compiled the 7zmain.c setting mode list and file to fat:/
test.z

and the archive content was listed ok, so i assume the decompressor
works ok
not yet have code size of the decompression library, 7Z authors say
the decompress
can be as small as 2 to 8 kbytes

the 7zmain compiled to NDS was 103KB large, but that has lots of other
stuff not only the
decompress function included
