High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 230 8th Avenue W.
|
|
(West Fargo, N.D. – June 18, 2026) The West Fargo Police Department is notifying residents that a registered sex offender, Damion Winter Orton, is registered at 230 8th Avenue W. in West Fargo.
Orton is a 31-year-old male with brown eyes and brown hair. Orton is approximately 5’ 9” and 155 pounds. In 2014, Orton was convicted of Sexual Imposition in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 14-year-old female. Orton is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
High-risk sex offenders are statistically the most likely to commit another sexual offense. High-risk offenders have typically committed more than one offense, have refused to engage in sex offender treatment, or have engaged in behaviors that contribute to an elevated level of risk. |
