The Monday, Feb. 16, West Fargo City Commission meeting is rescheduled for 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 17. There is no garbage or recycling collection Monday, Feb. 16. Collection will be delayed one day all week. On Monday, Feb. 16, all municipal government buildings will close to the public, including City Hall, Public Library, Sanitation, Public Works and the Transfer Station. Public safety agencies are in full operation but the West Fargo Police and Fire Department buildings will close to the public on this day.
