High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo
Alexander Michael Emmons has registered at new address
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Alexander Michael Emmons, has registered at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo. Emmons was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Emmons and his offense:

32 years old, 5’9”, 250 lbs., brown eyes, brown hair
123 15th St. N.
Fargo, North Dakota
In 2014, Emmons was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Stutsman County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 14-year-old female.
Emmons is a lifetime registrant.
