High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 214 23rd St. S. in Fargo
Terry Lee Kern has registered at new address
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Terry Lee Kern, registered at 214 23rd St. S. in Fargo. Kern was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Kern and his offenses:

66 years old, 5’8”, 200 lbs., brown eyes, bald
214 23rd St. S.
Fargo, North Dakota
In 2023, Kern was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Cass County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was an adult female.
Kern is a lifetime registrant.
