High-Risk Sex Offender Registers as Homeless
Tyrie Guy Gardner has registered as homeless
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Tyrie Guy Gardner, registered as homeless in Fargo. Gardner was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Gardner and his offense:

31 years old, 5’9”, 155 lbs., brown eyes, black hair
Homeless
Fargo, North Dakota
In 2012, Gardner was convicted of gross sexual imposition in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 13-year-old female.
Gardner is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
