FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The City of Fargo has prepared a draft version of the 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for review. A copy of the report is available on The City of Fargo website at FargoND.gov/PlansandStudies, where the website links to the draft report titled “2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) – DRAFT,” or by request through the Planning and Development Department at 701.241.1474 or Plan...@FargoND.gov.
All citizens are welcome to submit comments at any time during the public comment period or at the public hearing. The public comment period runs from July 9 through July 23, 2026, with a public hearing scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026, during the Fargo City Commission meeting.
Comments submitted by email or telephone are preferred. Communications will be received during the public comment period until 4:30 p.m. on July 23, 2026, and should be directed to either Plan...@FargoND.gov or by calling 701.241.1474.
