High-Risk Sex Offender Registers as Homeless in Fargo
Randall Dean Adams has registered as homeless
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Randall Dean Adams, registered as homeless in Fargo. Adams was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Adams and his offense:

55 years old, 5’7”, 250 lbs., brown eyes, black hair
Homeless
Fargo, North Dakota
In 2009, Adams was convicted of Fourth-Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in Hubbard County District Court in Minnesota.
Adams is a high-risk lifetime registrant.

Jerry Verl Holmes Sr. has registered as homeless
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender Jerry Verl Holmes Sr. registered as homeless in Fargo. Holmes Sr. was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Holmes Sr. and his offense:
