High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 1310 11th St. N.
Thomas Lynn Remmick has registered at a new address
FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Thomas Lynn Remmick, registered at 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo. Remmick was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Remmick and his offense:

In 1995, Remmick was convicted of Corrupt/Solicitation of a Minor in Stutsman County District Court. The victim was an 11-year-old female. In 2015, Remmick was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Stutsman County District Court. The victim was a 25-year-old female. In 2022, Remmick was convicted of Indecent Exposure in Stutsman County District Court. The victim was a 17-year-old male. In 2023, Remmick was convicted of Sexual Assault in Stutsman County District Court.
Remmick is a high-risk lifetime registrant.
