City of West Fargo offers Residents Free Admission to Attend Red River Valley Fair and Celebrate America 250

(WEST FARGO, N.D. – June 19, 2026) The City of West Fargo has partnered with the Red River Valley Fair to offer free admission to all West Fargo residents on Saturday, July 4.

The City will be a presenting partner of America 250 Celebrations at the Fairgrounds throughout the 4th of July, including live music and entertainment, family activities, military and veteran acknowledgements, and the finale drone show and fireworks (weather permitting) celebrating our nation, history, and Independence Day.

“We are so excited to make a special America 250 Celebration happen for West Fargo Residents through this partnership with RRVF,” said West Fargo Director of Economic Development Casey Sanders-Berglund. “We are proud to make this event accessible to all residents through free admission.”

Residents can claim their free admission in the following ways:

  • Visit www.redrivervalleyfair.com/westfargo and enter code Westfargo250.  Residents will be emailed a QR Code to scan for gate admission on July 4.

  • Look for a QR Code in the July issue of the West Fargo Focus, mailed to all residents, and bring to the Fair for gate admission on July 4.

  • Residents may also present their ID or proof of West Fargo address at the gate, but are encouraged to use the link or QR code to ensure a quick admission and efficient process.

Free Admission includes residents and family members on July 4 only. Gates open at 11 a.m.  Free Admission does not include admission to the Demolition Derby or tickets for carnival rides. A listing of daily events will be available at redrivervalleyfair.com.

“We look forward to welcoming all West Fargoans to the Fair for a day filled with celebration for our country and community,” said Travis Toliver, Director of Business Development, Red River Valley Fair. “We hope to share the magic of the Fair through entertainment, family fun, and community building.”
