In partnership with the Downtown Community Partnership, the Planning Department and other City Departments will be holding a Listening Session for the push cart vendors and other Downtown stakeholders on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the City Commission Chambers, 225 4th Street North, Fargo. The Fargo Board of City Commissioners have been invited so a quorum may be present.
