Seeking Inputs on Emerging Industry Expectations and Learning Gaps from Alumni

I hope you are doing well and living up to the challenges that life may be throwing up in your daily routine. I am very sure that you are coming up to the expectations of your own self and of your peers, and living a healthy life.
As you are aware, for more than 8 years your Alma Mater has been adding new technological skills in all the PGDM specializations helping your younger alumnus to stand tall in their chosen fields on the shoulders of these new age skills and proficiencies.
Huge uncertainties created by mass laying off by TCS, Microsoft etc. have given us a new hope. In the coming days the future will belong to the MBAs having specific skill sets and proficiencies. Under the Tech Enabled PGDM most of the subjects at NDIM are being delivered on the shoulders of AI-ML, DS, Digital Marketing, Robotics, Block-chain, Augmented AI etc., giving tremendous credibility to our graduates at the hands of the industry.
Addition of emerging tech skills & tools will continue to be the hallmark of your Alma Mater. I am writing to learn from you the challenges that you or your industry may be facing/ gearing up to, and the knowledge / skill gaps in MBAs which need to be taken care of to help them come up to increasing industry expectations. Our new batches and your younger colleagues can stand stronger in every situation if we continue to track and focus on emerging knowledge & skills gaps in different sectors of managerial & administrative expectations.
I am very sure we will continue to be recognized as the most innovative and supportive institution in the coming years and your regular inputs will help us in a big way in moving in that direction.
