Executive - Business Development
Role Objective:
To enhance the sales in line with the brand of the organization by means of appropriate and efficient mode of communication, client interaction and networking, and to achieve the assigned target by increasing customer base and retaining the existing clients.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. Accomplish Targets
· Increase customer base by contacting new clients on regular basis
· Maintaining existing client relations by regular interaction with them
· Attend architecture conventions and meets in order to expand customer base
2. Contribute to Marketing Plans & Strategies
· Contribute to and develop month-wise/quarter-wise marketing plans and strategies to meet targets
· Assist to deliver approved strategies
3. Liaison & Build Relationship
· Ensure a high-degree of customer-intimacy through regular meetings and contacts with customers & suppliers
· Ensure that all customer queries are conveyed to KGD
4. Marketing Activity
· Manage the production of marketing materials, portfolio of the company & key products
· Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
· Make effective presentations in front of clients
5. Brand Development
· Develop network with the veterans in the industry, clients and build relationship with them
· Develop advertising opportunities & placing articles in publications
· Maintain & build contact with media
6. Promotions and Events
· Execute the promotional activities for the company
· Organize marketing campaigns
7. Generate MIS Reports
· Generate monthly summary reports and comprehensive quarterly and annual marketing reports for the assigned area/zone
8. Market Research & Updates
· Conduct Market Research, Surveys and analyze the data acquired from research of the existing & potential customer bases on various parameters
· Assess demand, brand position & brand awareness by Market Research
· Track and monitor competitors’ activity
