Role

1)      Marketing Executive- A highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 7+ years of experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online growth and brand awareness. Proficient in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Adept at analyzing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and increase ROI. Excellent communication and team management skills

Responsibilities and Tasks:

•     Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online sales.

•     Experienced in digital marketing with over 7 years of experience in B2B environments

•     Responsible for increasing website traffic and an increase in conversion rates.

•     Oversee social media marketing efforts across multiple platforms, resulting in significant increase in followers and conversion rates.

•     Fluent in written English as there will be some work on content development

•     Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing insights to improve ROI.

•     Extensive leadership skills and ability to tackle challenges head on

•     Verbally fluent, and able to develop instant rapport with people, and be extremely likable.

•     Excellent communication skills, team management skills, a positive mindset and love learning. 


 2) Finance Executive- As the Finance & Operations Executive, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization. You will play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making, process improvement, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations. Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and operations management.Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • A genuine interest in business and enthusiasm for learning are required for this role. This is a responsible position which carries a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • The ideal candidate must be a conscientious, accurate and energetic individual as they will be working alongside management at all levels up to the directors.
  • Have the commercial acumen to be able to have conversations / coach & mentor clients on their business finances using the in-house tools
  • Be able to run Financial workshops with clients and teach Financial forecasting & business planning
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement and maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Responsible for Sale Invoicing - Manage and Oversee client accounts. Create, send and following up on invoices
  • Responsible for cash flow management and all payments on time

 

Working mode- Work from home
