Role- VP Sales & Marketing

Erekrut is currently seeking applications for VP - Sales & Marketing to lead the business development team.

This position reports to the CEO/COO and you will be leading a team of business executives for Corporate & Institutions

acquisition and help in fast geo expansion across the country.

 

Responsibilities :

·         Develop and execute strategies to onboard Corporates & Institutions and achieve sales targets and exceed them.

·         Partner with Skilling Industry for talent acquisition

·         Mentor team to help them achieve individual & group objectives

 

Qualifications :

- 10+ years' of experience with leading corporates / Institutions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience of working in a Startup

 

Package: 15-18 LPA (CTC)- May vary as per relevancy of experience and qualification.

 

Location- South Extension Part-1, New Delhi
