Fraud against the Constitution

Dear Friends,
Mr. Khil Raj Regmi has committed the fraud against Constitution, lowered the dignity of the Court and violated all the norms of judicial decency. He set the wrong precedent. Today is the black day in the history of the nation. The Constitutional and democratization process is hijacked. The political parties had lost their democratic credential. Democracy is all about separation of power, independence of judiciary, checks and balance and rule of law. These values are not negotiable in democratic societies under any circumstances. In Democracy the sovereignty lies in the people, not in political parties. The political parties are the agent of people and can not be the master of people. In the name of political compromise- they can not take away and undermine the democratic principles and values. The entire Constitution could not be rewrite under the article 158 of the Constitution. It is just a procedural arrangement and remove only a minor technical difficulties. But large scale Constitutional fraud is being committed under this article. It is totally unacceptable. This is a Constitutional Coup. Now Nation has to prepare itself for another round of people movement to restore democracy.
