Dear Sir, 

Today, I filed a writ petition in Supreme Court to arrest Maoist Constituent Assembly member Lalendra Kumar Mandal  and stop his oath taking. The arrest  warrant is already issued against Mandal on Murder case but he is fleeing from justice. The hearing will take place tomorrow Tuesday on Jan 20, Monday.
