My ex-assistant used my computer, and added her and her boyfriend to the Digital Id and Trusted Certificate. When I attempted to Remove ID, I was prompted for a password. I asked my ex-assistant, no help there. Is there a way I can remove the two ID's?

If you know the password, and have access to Acrobat, then you should be able to remove the password security. Just choose File > Properties after you open the PDF, and click the Security tab in the Properties dialog box to change the security settings. Unfortunately, this isn't something that you can do in Reader.
I'm having the same issues in Reader. it says it has an open password or a modify a password. I've wasted an hour trying to print a bank statement I have printed off a 100 times in the past. why is this an issue today!
