The good people of Ndosimili and Ukwuani,

Following wide consultations that have taken place over the last few weeks since we did the protest letter to the Nigerian President Dr. Goodluck Jonathan on behalf of all Ndokwa prospective gubernatorial candidates, the leaders of Ndokwa Global Community Forum (NGCF) have thoroughly surveyed the contemporary Delta State Political Landscape and how this is presently shaping up for the Delta State 2015 Governorship Elections; and after taking into due consideration, the primary interest of Ndokwaland and its peoples, and the applicable lessons learned from the candidacy of Senator Barack Obama who was later elected as President of the United States in 2008/2009; have now decided to provide an unconditional endorsement for the gubernatorial aspirations of Hon. Charles Emetulu of the Peoples' Democratic Party (PDP) as the candidate to support for the Delta State 2015 Governorship Contest.

The reason for the decision to back Hon. Charles Emetulu are quite obvious. We believe that he is a very humble man who has proved to be quite accessible, coupled with his perspicacity as a politician, and stellar performance when he was the Delta State Commissioner for Energy under Governor Uduaghan's Delta State Executive Council. As a rising star, Hon. Charles Emetulu will be a good governor that all the people of Delta State would be proud of. Such an individual could even become the President of Nigeria in the future. We must project an individual that we can use to aim higher than the Delta State Governorship; and our brother, Charles Emetulu has the right potential. It must therefore be noted that as leaders, conveners and facilitators of NGCF and its members, both at Home and Diaspora, we are presently looking higher than Ndokwaland just having a State Governor in 2015. Future strategic thinking now dictates that we must back somebody that can win the governorship in the short to medium term, and also harness the same platform to go for the Nigerian Presidency at some futurity.

The official endorsement document shall be presented to Hon. Charles Emetulu within the next few days.

Accordingly, we hereby call upon all the people of Ndokwa/Ukwuani Federal Constituency, and the leaders of the various civic society organizations in Ndokwaland to now demonstrate strong support for Hon. Charles Emetulu's candidacy.

May God bless Hon. Charles Emetulu and grant him success at every stage of this arduous gubernatorial effort.

Yours sincerely,

Chief Abel Emah-Iyasele
