Osa Nde-Ibenyi,

I am writing to update you on the status of the Protest Letter to Nigerian President on behalf of all known Ndokwa gubernatorial aspirants by the Ndokwa Multi-stakeholders Group.

A copy of the letter is attached herewith, along with the courier message receipts used in sending the letter to the main addressee and other important personalities that were cc:'ed in the communication.

The first phase of the effort has been completed. The financial cost was N49,000.00 that was covered from part of the left-over funds that have been kept in escrow with the Ukwuani Foundation Union (UFU) Lagos.

The next phase is to also publish the letter in a full-page paid advertorial in a National newspaper in Nigeria. The anticipated cost of this effort is N540,000.00. We urge one and all to make the necessary sacrifice and contribute to ensure that this work is successfully completed for the good of Ndokwaland and its people. At least, this is the minimum that we owe to all the known Ndokwa gubernatorial hopefuls as a group. The UFU bank account details shall be published soon to coordinate contributions as usual. May God reward you as you send in your contribution.

I wish to use this opportunity to express our collective thanks to Chief Abel Emah-Iyasele who has sustained this type of facilitation and logistical assistance to our people for about seven years. Words are simply not enough to show our appreciation, but the Almighty God who knows and searches the hearts of men, will also see fit to remember Chief Abel Emah-Iyasele for good. Manifold thanks  are also due to Chief V.O.T. Abanum for his strong support, constructive inputs and pushing the entire process forward. We thank him for his leadership.

We are extremely thankful to the UFU leaders - Chief Joseph Olise and Chief Godwin Onwusa; and the NDU leaders - Chief (Capt.) Adione and Cheif Chris Uzoalu - for their strong support, cooperation and constructive inputs and comments.

The same goes to the NNU leaders, especially Chief (Hon.) Paul O. Enebeli who also provided informed guidance and support for this effort. He also provided encouragement and necessary follow-up of this process.

Ndokwa Association-UK showed a strong commitment and we appreciate this strong collaboration on this occasion. Elder Gedion Ishiekwene, Ndokwa-UK Chairman strongly pushed for the accomplishment of this process.

We also thank the leaders and coordinators of the Ndokwa Unite Congress for their strong participation and advisory inputs.

For the fist time, our work has attracted the major support of groups like Obiaruku Community Lagos (OCL) and its new President - Chief Nelson Odumegu; and the Nde-Otu Ogbuiji. If the Egwu-Ukwuata High Chieftaincy is re-established to its original pre-eminent position, its members can do a lot for Ndokwa people. For this new level of cooperation received from Ogbuiji Osiji Onah who now represents contemporaneous fresh Ogbuiji thinking for this generation, we are also thankful.

Finally, we hereby acknowledge the participation of Save Ndokwa Nation Group, Ukwuani Media Forum and all the co-signatoties who stood up for Ndokwa on this occasion.

Mbene ni olu oma, and may God bless Ndokwaland and its people. Let us all continue to work together to uplift Ndokwa for our collective good.

Ishi-egwali! Onye oke-nmalu, anyi abia ekene o!
