Today's message: "Ephesians 5:14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light."

*Sleep that is meant for resting the body after a busy day is healthy and desirable. When sleep indicates spiritual slothfulness and slumber, it is undesired and has to be overcome.
*Sleep is seen in a weak prayer life, low regard for sin, lack of evangelistic fire, and a general malaise in the things of the spirit. Sleep is associated with death, darkness, and unfruitfulness.
*Whosoever is spiritually asleep is admonished to wake up and receive the light.
*While the world sleeps, the Lord will come as a thief in the night and take His own to their home on high.
*Today, I break the power of spiritual slumber and sleep in your life in Jesus' name.
