1. Be Nice. - if you don't have anything constructive to add to a given discussion, please keep out of it.

2. Keep the discussion viola-related - if you want to talk about something else, go find or start another group! :)

3. NO to "FOR SALE" or "WANTED" ADVERTISING - Many of our group members are luthiers, bow makers, instrument dealers, etc. and we want to keep the conversation free of directly sales-y inquiries. If you have something to sell or are looking for something to buy, post it on the...

4. YES to VIOLA-RELATED EVENTS ADVERTISING, i.e. trying to get the word out about concerts, recitals, master classes, festivals etc. that might be of interest to a member violist in our area - especially when guest artists are coming to town and we would all be better off for knowing about it - are totaly fine.
