So we have a date (w/e of 8th/9th Nov) and a venue (thanks Andrea and Cristyn) now we just need to know what to bring.  Rupert has volunteered the much anticipated three tier cake, no backing out now!! but what about the rest of us.  As hostess, Andrea would you like to decide or would you prefer it if we just surprised you on the day??
In terms of gifts for the little ones we agreed, at the night out, that buying one present each to go into a bran tub style draw was the best option.  Whilst having coffee on Friday the two Sarah's and I thought it would be fun if those with girls bought a present for one of the boys and vice versa.  We also agreed a budget of £10, hope this is ok with everyone.
Looking forward to a good catch up as it is ages since we all got together,

Kath, John and Oliverx

Re food, think the easiest thing is just to do a buffet with everyone bringing something. We should probably coordinate who is bringing what or we could end up with 200 sausage rolls and nothing else!  I will knock up a couple of salads and will buy one of those big cooked salmons. Can people volunteer to bring other buffet-type things etc and let me know? Looking forward to it! xx
