My friend want to sell her car recently. It's in a pretty good
condition.

This is a very sturdy 2005 Subaru Impreza sports outback special
edition with only 45350 miles on it.
New tires with only around 5000 miles on them. Just changed new rear
breakers, air filters and a new battery this January.
Everything was from original dealer and I kept all the maintenance
documents to prove this car has been well taken care of.
Extra upgrades including multi-disc CD and premium sound.
First owner, clean title and was only gently used for daily commute by
a female.

Carmax assessed the condition as "good condition" (and you know they
are very restrict)
KBB suggest the private sale for very good condition is $14,091and the
good condition is $13,791.
I am asking for $13000 or best offer with a bank certificate check.
