My awesome friend Denise is looking for a housemate; she lives in Morrisville near Cary. If you or anyone you know is in need of housing, please let me know.

I am looking for a roommate to move into my three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, Morrisville home ASAP. The house is conveniently located near RTP, I-40 and I-540. The Morrisville Aquatic Community Center is extremely close by also and is very inexpensive with a gym, classes and pool!
Rent will be $575 per month plus some utility expenses (electric/water and optional internet/cable). Rent will include an unfurnished bedroom, bathroom and access to all common spaces and appliances including washer, dryer, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There is also a lovely screened-in porch and deck to relax on. (Room could be partially furnished with bed and desk if needed)
Ultimately I'm in search of someone (either male or female) that is respectful and friendly, pays rent on time, cleans up after him/herself and lends a hand in keeping the house clean. I'm a positive, laid-back, loving person and hope to find the same in a roommate. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. You must also love dogs. I have two, and they are very friendly. One is 16 and the other is 6, small to medium size. Only serious applicants need respond.
If you move in before the end of the month, I will prorate it and also give you $50 off your first months rent.
