New NCSU SIAM rep to July annual conference

We are pleased to announce that Martene Fair, a 5th year grad student in
applied math, will be the NCSU student rep at the annual SIAM conference
in place of Daniela Valdez-Jasso. Daniela has received separate travel
funding from the national SIAM student travel fund program, so she will be
attending the conference through that program.

Both Martene and Daniela were excellent candidates to be the NCSU rep, so
we are very pleased that both will be representing NCSU in these two
programs. Martene will also be presenting at the conference in addition
to participating in the student activities, so she'll have a busy schedule
while she's in Pittsburgh.
