Hi all,

I need the following info from new members so we can get you officially on the national roster - and your pins, books, certificates:

-First, middle, last name

-Home/permanent address

-Birthdate (mmddyy), birth city, state, zip

-Graduating class, degree/major

-Media service (jobs, dates)

Some of this we should have, but confirmation needed, OK?
