Hi all,


Just to let you know that you will need to pay the $15 each for graduation cords. I need your $ by Tuesday April 19 to ensure that they will be here in time for graduation, OK? If you can get it to me sooner, that's even better. (I will be out of the office Thursday, April 14, Friday, April 15.)


Checks are preferred as it will avoid going through Accounts Payable and therefore not delay the order process.


Moving forward to next year, you might want to consider if this is something you would like to set aside funds for from your semester activity fees collected.
