Hey, some of you guys probably already got this, but I thought I would contact you directly as well (especially in the event you are not on this list). I am organizing the sports sessions at the INFORMS conference at ASU in April. I just got asked to do this a couple weeks ago, and just sent the announcement out last week, which is ostensibly due tomorrow. Given this last minute nature, we are scrambling a bit, but I wanted to ask you guys if either you or anyone you knew was interested in presenting.
If you are at all interested, or if know anyone that might be, let me know and/or forward this to them. I might have a little flexibility on the deadline too, but suffice it to say that I need to know ASAP if anyone is interested.

Hello SpORts members,
The SpORts section is sponsoring a session at the INFORMS Western Regional Conference, April 24-25, 2009 in Phoenix, Arizona, and you are invited to present your sports-related research in these sessions. This email is intended to serve as the official Call for Papers. Further information on the conference is available at http://www.informs.org/site/RC_ArizonaState/. This regional conference is immediately prior to the INFORMS Conference on O. R. Practice, which is in Phoenix April 26-28.
Because of extenuating circumstances this Call for Papers has been delayed, and we need to have your response by next Wednesday January 28.
