Dear friends of NCSE,
NCSE's executive director Ann Reid talks climate education on the radio.
NCSE'S REID TALKS CLIMATE EDUCATION
NCSE's executive director Ann Reid appeared on Your Call, a daily
radio show on San Francisco's KALW, on June 25, 2018, to discuss
climate change education. Among the points she made on the episode,
"One Planet: What Are K-12 Students Learning About Climate Change,"
was that a majority of science teachers have said they need support in
teaching the science of climate change, whether in the form of
high-quality lessons or ways to navigate the challenges of teaching a
topic that generates strong feelings and debate.
