Methods for executing commands using command message instead of individual parameters

Question for the group.

Is there a reason why the methods that are the targets of the
MapsToAggregateRootMethod attributes use individual parameters instead
of a single parameter containing the command message?

Seems like that would get rid of a lot of typing... (says the person
who has pressed over 13000 keystrokes in the last week)
