Dear All,

Dr. Rajeewa (Rajiv) Arya has been appointed D. J. Gandhi Distinguished Professor at IIT Bombay for a period of 1 year. His first visit to IIT Bombay will be from November 2-12, 2016.

Dr. Arya has had a distinguished career in photovoltaics, an area that he has worked in for over 3 decades. He has held major R&D and executive positions as a number of companies in USA and India, including Solarex Corporation as Director, Research and Development; BP Solar as Executive Director, Thin Film Technology; and
Moser Baer Solar Ltd. as Chief Executive Officer. He is currently Principal and Founder of Arya International, Inc.
