I don't think it's a pressing issue, but I think it does reveal a loop-hole in the bylaws. Perhaps we can discuss revisions in April that require fencers to be registered to an NCIFL club on AskFred to be included in the "club rankings". By this I mean the ambiguous statistics that ultimately determine who receives the NCIFL cup. If not for the cup, do we really care where they're from? These tournaments are for everyone! ...Granted they're in college.
