Dear NCIFL,

I want to congratulate UCSC on a solid performance already—and they haven't even hosted their tournament yet!  I don't think any club has ever posted their event to AskFRED as early as SC has this year, and I'm hoping everyone has appreciated their effort.

Two quick reminder to Governing Member clubs: each club must (not should, must) provide two full working 3-weapon strips (please don't bring the box that "only works for epee," mmmmkay?), and delegate two members for the NCIFL fall meeting which will take place immediately AFTER the event this year; I'm sure SC has a venue in mind or reserved already.

Best to all, see you Saturday,

Thom

Thank you TC! And, for the first time ever UCSC has two working strips!

Our usual venue, the Cowell Conference Room, is booked for the night of the tournament. We can begin anytime after the tournament, there are no restrictions I'm aware of.

We are really looking forward to this tournament! See you all very soon.

Best,
~Nathaniel Holzgrafe
