iPhone Safari 流動網絡無法登入capri.nchc.org.tw

我用iPhone的Safari，在流動網絡下無法登入capri.nchc.org.tw，但WiFi是可以。有沒有其他人有同樣問題？

Thanks. I think if I get 2 or more mobile phones getting the same IP address, then for sure that's running proxy mode, isn't it ?

Anyway, if that's the case, any solution/workaround because I want to manage the VM from mobile (since WiFi is not always available around).
