Yes. You may have as many authors as appropriate, and can credit them
as you see fit. In the case of co-authorship there is often a footnote
indicating "the authors contributed equally to the work" or whatever
is appropriate. I do not think there is a standard way to indicate
this for SemEval, so you can handle this in whatever way you might
typically do.
