The policy for SemEval overall is single-blind review, meaning that
authors are known to the reviewers, but reviewers are not known to
authors. So, when you submit your system description paper, please
include names, affiliations, etc. of all co-authors, it should not be
anonymous. However, when you review other system description papers,
your identity as a reviewer will be anonymous.
