Below is the citation information (as a bibtex file entry) for the
task description paper (by the task organizers). The paper is not yet
available, but this is how you should cite the task in the version of
your paper that you submit by Feb 23.
The task description paper will include details of the different
phases of the task and overall results, so you do not need to
completely describe the different phases or all of the results.
However, you will want your paper to be self contained, so some
description of the task and phases is appropriate, but you don't need
to worry about all the details and can instead focus on your system
and results.
