Sorry for the spam, particuarly to a.u.reports which strives to be a bare
bones report mechanism, but there was a report on today's program...a
commercial pilot by the name of Captain Andrews, and an ex-NASA scientist
who has logged in the order of 3300 pilot sightings to date since the
early 60's (sorry didn't catch his name).

Anyhow all week CANADA AM is supposed to be airing stories on ufos --
check later in the program (towards 8:30 am (it starts around 6:30)) CJOH
(7) here in Ottawa.

Interesing that the airing cooincides with with the big sighting in
Waltham Dry Kilns on Tuesday March 18, in Western Quebec --article to follow
from Ottawa Citizen (copied w/o permission):

Lumber-yard workers say they may have seen UFO

Pembroke, Ont. -- Workers at a lumber yard in western Quebec were left
wondering whether they had a close encounter of the third kind. A
mysterious diamond-shaped object apparently landed at Waltham Dry Kilns on
Tuesday. And there doesn't seem to be an explanation for the flying
object. Environment Canada officials say it doesn't belong to them or the
local weather office. Officials from Ontario's CFB Petawawa say it didn't
come from them. Employee Hector Brochur said he saw the diamond-shaped
object and it took off when he approached it.

end quote.
