Just saw the movie starring Jodie Foster as the scientist who makes
contact with our friends out there. I think the movie illustrated the
nature and effect of ET contact very well. Until you realize it has
happened to you and integrate this info by broadening your reference frame
to accomodate it, you just can't believe it's true. The contact experience
has happened to many people the world over, but each person must come to
understand it alone, as Jodie's character did. Well done Jodie and Carl
Sagan!
