Say hello to an illustrious guest from Canada: John C. Turmel is the
founder of many exchange rings in his homeland. And he told us about
his multi-faceted and changing life.
Saluez un visiteur celebre du Canada: John C. Turmel est le
fondateur de plusieurs cercles SEL dans son pays. Et il a tenu des
propos sur sa vie changeante et tres diverse.

BONN-BEUEL SCHWARZRHEINDORF - Guerrilla lawyer" "Blackjack king" or
"the World's richest pauper" are some of the nicknames which John C.
The Engineer Turmel has gotten from the different media. The Canadian
was responsible in his homeland for many headlines and newspaper and
TV stations keep showing the same picture: Turmel with the white hard-
hat on which is written in big letters "The Engineer" with a Bible in
one hand and the picket sign in the other which demands the abolition
of interest. On Wednesday evening, this shining person was the guest
in Beuel.
BONN-BEUEL SCHWARZRHEINDORF - "Avocat guerilla," "Roi du
Blackjack," "L'indigent le plus riche au monde," ne sont que quelques-
uns des sobriquets que John C. Turmel s'est merite des differents
medias. Dans son pays, le Canadien est responsable de plusieurs
manchettes, titres et sous-titres dans les journaux et stations de TV
qui continuent a afficher toujours le meme portrait de lui, soit:
Turmel en casque blanc sur lequel est inscrit en grosses lettres
"L'Ingenieur." Il porte une Bible dans une main et une pancarte dans
l'autre. Celle-ci demande l'abolition de l'interet. Mercredi soir, ce
brillant individu etait l'invite a Beuel.

As a young engineer, he had declared war against the banks and the
state because those institutions drive people into debt through
interest and taxes. In this effort, he is the persevering supporter
and founder of many local employment trading systems (LETS) which are
known in Germany under the name "Tauschringe". These are based on the
principle of exchange, work for work, and not for cash payment.
Meanwhile throughout the whole federal republic of Germany, there now
exist 229 with new ones sprouting.
Au debut de sa carriere d'ingenieur, il avait declare la guerre
contre les banques et l'etat parceque ces institutions forcent les
gens a s'endetter a cause des impots et des interets. A cet effet, il
est l'ardent defenseur et fondateur de plusieurs S(T)EL (Systeme de
Troc d'Emploi Local) connus en Allemagne sous le nom de "Tauschringe."
Ces systemes sont bases sur le principe d'echange, travail pour
travail, et non pour monnaie. Dans l'intervale, a travers toute la
republique federale de l'Allemagne, il existe deja 229 systemes et
d'autres qui bourgeonnent toujours.

Turmel and his wife Pauline are now on an European tour. This tour now
takes the singular couple to the sunny side of Bonn to visit the
newly-founded in February 99 LETS "Schdl-Sick-Tauschring Bonn/Rhein-
Sieg e.V.". Though the visit was very short, it was informative and
interesting. For nearly 3 hours, nearly 20 LETS members who had
assembled in the "Hotel Mertens" at the Rheindorfer Strasse listened
to the words of their illustrious guest.
Turmel et sa femme Pauline sont maintenant en tournee Europeenne.
Cette tournee amene maintenant ce couple singulier sur le cote
ensoleille de Bonn visiter le SEL de "Schdl-Sick-Tauschring
Bonn/Rhein-Sieg e.V." nouvellement fonde en fevrier 99. Meme si c'est
une courte visite, c'etait interessant et informatif. Pendant presque
3 heures, presque 20 membres du SEL qui se sont rassembles dans
l'hotel Mertens a la Rheindorfer Strasse ont ecoute les paroles de
leur celebre invite.

He enthralled his listeners with his ardent and insistent life story
because the Canadian's story would come under the title "The
incredible life story of John C. Turmel" at the top of the best-
selling list of popular literature. Turmel also is aware of this. To
underline his credibility and the truth of the reports of his singular
steps in life, he documented everything with newspaper articles. The
Canadian had collected hundreds of articles in newspapers from many
different countries in a single publication which had the colorful
title "The Adventures of John "The Engineer" Turmel."
Il a envoute ses auditeurs avec l'histoire de sa vie interessante
et insistente parceque la biographie de ce Canadien apparaitrait sous
le titre "La vie incroyable de John C. Turmel" au premier rang de la
liste best-seller de la literature populaire. Turmel est conscient de
ce fait. Pour souligner sa credibilite et la veracite des rapports de
des actions uniques de sa vie, il a tout documente avec des rapports
de journaux. Le Canadien a rassemble des centaines d'articles de
journaux de plusieurs differents pays dans une publication qui porte
le titre colore des "Aventures de John "L'Ingenieur" Turmel."

And they were really captivated. John C. Turmel saw the light of day
on the 22nd of February in 1951 in Rouyn Quebec. After a very
successful school career, he enrolled at Carleton University in Ottawa
Ontario in electrical engineering in 1974. Also there, this young man
dedicated himself in a course given by Professor Walter Schneider
called "The Mathematics of Gambling" where he was as a "star" student
with extraordinary interest and engagement. This was the first and
only course of its kind in the whole of Canada, said Turmel. I
finished it with an "A+," the best possible result of all.
Et ils only ete vraiment captives. John C. Turmel est ne le 22
fevrier 1951 a Rouyn Quebec. Apres une carriere d'etudiant couronnee
de succes, il s'est inscrit a l'Universite de Carleton at Ottawa
Ontario en genie electrique en 1974. La, ce jeune homme s'est dedie
dans un cours enseigne par le Professeur Walter Schneider intitule
"Les Mathematiques du Jeu" ou il fut l'eleve etoile avec un interet et
engagement extraordinaire. C'etait le premier et seul cours de cette
sorte dans tout le Canada, dit Turmel. J'e l'ai termine avec un "A+,"
le meilleur resultat possible.

His passion was awakened and it changed his life. "From 1975 until
1978, I was a professional gambler. Meanwhile, I was Professor
Schneider's Teaching Assistant," said Turmel. During these years, he
went on more than 50 4-day junkets to several casinos in Las Vegas but
for those casinos, the Canadian was more successful than normal
Blackjack players and for that, was quite an unwanted guest. Turmel
was barred.
Sa passion se reveilla et a change sa vie. "De 1975 a 1978,
j'etait un parieur professionel. Pendant ce temps, j'etais l'assistant
dans le cours du Professeur Schneider," dit Turmel. Durant ces annees,
il a ete invite a plus que 50 "junkets" de quatre jours a plusieurs
casinos de Las Vegas mais, pour ces casinos, le Canadian a eu plus de
success que les joueurs de Blackjack ordinaires et pour cette raison,
il etait un invite peu desire. On a du lui interdire le jeu.

It is very difficult to come to a conclusion on his ongoing changeful
life so far. In any case the following: 1976 he ends his studies but
he gambles further. In 1979, the Canadian believed he could fight
better for his big aim to legalize gambling by running as a candidate
for Parliament on this platform. His attempts to be elected as a
Member of Municipal and National Parliaments brought Turmel two
entries in the Guinness Book of Records: he has taken part in 47
elections to date. Record #2: just as often, Turmel is the world-wide
record holder for losing too. The Canadian opened two casinos in his
life. Several times, Turmel had to go into prison for his gambling
passion.
C'est tres difficile d'arriver a une conclusion sur sa vie
changeante jusqu'a present. De toute facon: en 1976 il finit ses
etudes mais il continua a jouer. En 1979, le Canadien croit qu'il peut
mieux se battre pour son but principal en briguant les suffrages de
candidat parlementaire pour le program de legaliser le jeu. Ses
tentatives d'etre elu membre des parlements municipaux et nationaux
lui ont merite deux entrees dans le livre de records Guinness: il a
participe a 47 elections jusqu'a date. Record #2, aussi souvent,
Turmel est le detenteur mondial du record pour ses pertes. Le Canadien
a ouvert deux casinos dans sa vie. Plusieurs fois, Turmel a ete
emprisoner pour sa passion du jeu.

Until today, the couple lives from the winnings which the sly- headed
Turmel gains from the Blackjack game. On that basis, the two Canadians
travel around the world and visit exchange rings and LETS of all
countries. To the Beuel LETS exchange, the engineer said on their way
"Take care of your LETS ring. There are so many ways it can help you."
Jusqu'a date, le couple vit des gains du ruse Turmel a la table
de Blackjack. De cette facon, ces deux Canadiens voyagent autour du
monde et visitent des Tauschrings et SELS de tous les pays. A
l'echange SEL de Beuel, l'ingenieur leur a dit en partant: "Prenez
bien soin de votre SEL. Il y a tellement de facons dont il peut vous
aider."

Muenster (MAF)- "Exchanging instead of paying!" is the basic principle
of LoWi e.V. (local economic initiative) of the exchange ring for
Muenster that was founded in March 1996 to try out "a new, fair and
social system of work, trade and market." The Canadian John Turmel who
is dealing with this issue since 1984, told of developments and far-
reaching possibilities of exchange rings also on an international
level.
Muenster (MAF) - "Echangez au lieu de payer!" est le principe de
base de LoWi e.V. (initiative economique locale) du cercle d'echange
de Muenster fonde en mars 1996 pour tester "un systeme nouveau de
travail, d'echange et de commerce, qui soit juste et social." Le
Canadien, John Turmel, qui s'occupe de cette question depuis 1984, a
parle des developpements et des vastes possibilites des cercles
d'echange ainsi que leur existence au niveau international.

The engagement of this enigmatic personality goes back to the plan to
legalize the game of chance in Canada. To bring an influence to bear,
the former owner of a casino and professional gambler (still today)
ran for political positions. In addition there was his protest against
the power of the banks who rule the economic system with interest and
indebtedness. During 20 years he took part in 47 elections and lost
them all. There is not only an entry in the Guinness Book of Records
for Turmel, which he laughingly reported, but there were many insights
into economic system.
L'engagement de cette personalite enigmatique provient de son
projet de legaliser les jeux de chance au Canada. Pour augmenter son
influence, l'ancien proprietaire d'un casino et parieur professionel
(encore aujourd'hui) s'est presente candidat politique. En plus, il
fit ses protestations contre l'empire des banques qui gouvernent le
systeme economique par l'interet et l'endettement. Pendant 20 ans, il
a brigue les suffrages dans 47 elections et les a toutes perdues. Il
n'y a pas que l'entree dans le livre de records Guinness pour Turmel,
ce dont il a rapporte en riant, mais aussi plusieurs apercus au sein
du systeme economique.

According to him interest and mortgage result is getting the rich
richer and the poor poorer. "I refuse to pay taxes for debts of
interest!" the Canadian vibrantly emphasized with examples from the
bible and history that such interest (usury) should be condemned. The
only possible (interest-free) alternative: "LETS" local exchange and
trading systems, how Tauschrings are called in the Anglo-American
area.
Selon lui, l'interet et l'hypotheque ont comme resultat que les
riches s'enrichissent et les pauvres s'appauvrissent. "Je refuse de
payer l'impot pour des dettes d'interet" dit il. C'est par des
exemples tires de la Bible et de l'histoire qu'il demontre que
l'interet (usure) doit etre condamne. La seule alternative possible
(sans interet): "SEL" systemes d'echanges locaux, que l'on nomme les
Tauschrings dans le monde Anglo-Americain.

These initiatives have spread on a local level with great success
worldwide, whether as organized neighbourly help or as a greater
joining together where the community is involved and where even
special "exchange money" circulates. The english town Bradford was
even granted EU-Funds for such a project. Turmel recommended that as
an example and presented an application form right away.
Ces initiatives se sont repandues au niveau local avec grand
succes autour du monde, soit comme aide organisee comme entre voisins
ou comme une plus grande union ou s'implique la communaute et ou meme
circule de "l'argent d'echange" special. La ville Anglaise de Bradford
a meme recu des EU-Fonds pour un tel projet. Turmel l'a recommande
comme exemple et a presente une formule d'application en meme temps.

In the United States, exchange and trading systems are taken much more
seriously. Many social problems could be defused, unemployment could
be included and many more things. Now should be the time to link the
whole internationally, also for the benefit of the third world. An
electronic way of payment and use of the internet will soon be proved.
Promising aspects according to Turmel's thinking. He enthusiastically
wished the people of Muenster an enjoyable development of their
initiative.
Aux Etats Unis, les systemes d'echange sont consideres beaucoup
plus serieusement. Bien des problemes sociaux pourraient etre
desamorces, le chomage pourrait etre inclu et bien d'autres choses. Il
serait maintenant le temps de brancher le tout internationalement,
pour avantager le tiers-monde. Un systeme de payement electronique par
internet sera bientot installe. Des possibilites promettantes a l'idee
de Turmel. C'est avec enthousiasme qu'il a souhaite aux gens de
Muenster un excellent developpement de leur initiative.

LUND CAN GET A LOCAL CURRENCY

There are plans to start a so-called LETSystem in Lund where one is
able to exchange goods and services with one another. The price will
be put in a local currency which will be free from interest and
inflation. The project was developed in Canada in the 80s. At the
start, it will probably be mostly apples. Computer services, massages
will also be possible goods and services for exchange, says the
initiator, Anders Ohlsson. A meeting will be held tomorrow in order to
establish a LETSystem which is supposed to lower the prices in Lund.

On projete de commencer un SEL a Lund ou on pourra echanger des
biens et services. Le prix sera en argent local, donc sans interet et
inflation. Le projet a ete developpe au Canada dans les annees 80s.
Au debut, ce sera probablement des pommes. Des services
d'informatique, des massages pourront aussi etre des biens et services
d'echange, ajoute l'initiateur Anders Ohlsson. Une reunion aura lieu
demain pour etablir un SEL qui est suppose baisser les prix a Lund.

Critics of the present banking system want to establish a local
payment system in Lund without interest or inflation. It's called
LETSystem and already exists in many places in Sweden. If you have got
apples which you want to get rid of, you can sell them to me for a
price which we agree on, declares Anders Ohlsson who is the burning
fire behind the project.
Les critiques du systeme bancaire actuel veulent etablir a Lund
un systeme de payement local sans interet ou inflation. On l'appelle
un SEL et il existe deja a beaucoup d'endroits en Suede. Si vous
desirez vous debarrasser d'un surplus de pommes, vous pouvez me les
vendre pour un prix sur lequel on est d'accord, declare Anders Ohlsson
qui est l'esprit enflamme derriere ce projet.

We write a type of check and the transaction will be recorded by an
administrator. In your account, there is a plus and in mine is a
minus. You can use the service for buying something offered by some of
the other members in the system. To prevent buying lots of goods
without selling anything, a limit is introduced on the account. The
idea is that the goods will become cheaper without the hidden interest
cost which today constitutes a great part of the price.
On ecrit une sorte de cheque et la transaction est inscrite par
un administrateur. Dans ton compte, il y a un positif et dans le mien,
un negatif. Le systeme peut etre utilise pour acheter quelque chose
offert par les autres membres du systeme. Pour empecher que quelqu'un
achete beaucoup sans rien vendre, on met une limite sur le compte.
L'idee est que les produits seront moins chers sans le cout cache de
l'interet qui aujourd'hui constitue une grande partie du prix.

The short distance between seller and buyer is promoting a good
environment due to the lessened transport. A problem is that profit-
making producers may prefer to sell their goods at a high price in
France instead of a lower local price. In order to make everything
work, a great number of sellers and buyers are needed with many goods
and services to offer. Anders Ohlsson is going to entice companies
into the system - those who might possibly be interested could be
shops like Klotet which has an expressed policy of solidarity. Other
companies might take the bait of the publicity which LETSystem could
achieve.
La courte distance entre acheteur et vendeur favorise le bon
environment grace a moins de transport. Un probleme serait que les
producteurs-a-profit preferent vendre leurs produits a haut prix en
France au lieu qu'au prix local reduit. Pour que tout fonctionne bien,
il faut un grand nombre de vendeurs et d'acheteurs ayant beaucoup de
biens et services a offrir. Anders Ohlsson va essayer d'attirer des
compagnies dans le systeme - parmi les interesses, on pourrait peut-
etre compter des magazins comme Klotet qui a deja enonce une politique
de solidarite. D'autres compagnies seraient attires par la publicite
qu'un SEL pourrait accomplir.

In the long run, Anders Ohlsson even wants to engage the local
community in the project so that parts of the income tax can be paid
in local currency. "In this way, taxpayers will be guaranteed that the
money stays within the local community and will not be lost in
speculations on the stock market or that they will disappear in
investments somewhere else. The local currency is going to function
together with the Kronor - it is possible that a certain part of the
price will be paid in Kronors and the other part in local currency.
A la longue, Anders Ohlssson veut meme engager la communaute
locale a ce projet pour qu'une partie de l'impot soit payable en
argent local. "De cette facon, on aura la garantie que la monnaie
restera dans la communaute locale et ne sera pas perdue en
speculations a la bourse ou qu'elle pourra disparaitre en
investissements a l'etranger. L'argent local fonctionnera avec le
Kronor - une partie du prix pourrait etre payee en Kronors et l'autre
partie en argent local.

How can the local currency be protected from inflation if the value of
Kronors is decreasing?
"The local currency doesn't need to have anything to do with the
Kronor because it is only supposed to be used for goods and services
produced in Lund, is Anders Ohlsson's explanation. He admits that the
supply can become quite thin. "In the first place, I suppose it will
be mostly apples. Computer services, haircutting and massage will also
be possible exchange goods. If we get shops within the system, it will
become more interesting. In that case, they can pay salaries and rent
in local currency and so the system will be expanded.
Comment l'argent local pourra-t-il etre protege contre
l'inflation si la valeur des Kronors baisse?
"L'argent local n'a rien a faire avec le Kronor parce qu'on est
suppose l'utiliser que pour des biens et services produits a Lund,"
explique Anders Ohlsson. Il admet que la provision pourrait etre
faible. "Au commencement, je suppose qu'on verra plus de pommes. Des
services d'informatique, des coupes de cheveux et des massages seront
aussi des produits d'echange possible. Si nous avons des commerces
dans le systeme, ce sera plus interessant. Dans ce cas, ils pourront
payer les salaires et le loyer en argent local et donc le systeme
elargira.

Market-places will appear where buyers and sellers can meet. Goods and
services will be listed in a directory. In order to finance the whole
thing, there are several possibilities. Eventually, member fees will
be charged in ordinary money. Another possibility is a kind of
taxation where those who have money left in their account at the end
of the month pay a certain charge. This would stimulate activity in
the market at the same time; at the end of every month one can
suppose. There is also the possibility of lending local money in order
to permit a person to pay the fee. Completely without interest of
course. So far, some ten persons have expressed their interest in a
Lund currency.
Il y aura des marches ou les vendeurs et acheteurs pourront se
rencontrer. Les biens et services seront publies dans un annuaire.
Pour financer le tout, il y a plusieurs possibilites. Eventuellement,
des frais d'inscriptions pourront etre en argent ordinaire. Une autre
possibilite serait d'imposer des frais de facon a ce que ceux qui
auront encore de l'argent dans leur compte payeront certains frais; a
la fin de chaque mois qu'on pourrait supposer. Il y a aussi la
possibilite de preter l'argent local pour permettre a quelqu'un de
s'inscrire. Sans interet, bien sur. Il y a deja 10 personnes qui ont
exprime un interet pour de l'argent Lund.

Tomorrow, the Canadian John Turmel will come to Lund to tell of his
experiences in LETSystems in order to help start such an organization.
Later on, they are going to test the interest in starting a LETS in
Lund. "If we are 100 who want to participate, I will be extremely
satisfied, says Anders Ohlsson. But we'll start even if we get less
than that.
Demain, le Canadien John Turmel visitera Lund pour raconter ses
experiences avec les SEL a fin d'aider a fonder une telle

Of interest are the different reactions to the tour. Everywhere we
went, people were pleasant and found the show entertaining. Yet, in
France, I found out that in the closed lists, Pauline and I were
accused of so many false allegations that I was stunned.
D'interet sont les differentes reactions a cette tournee. Partout
qu'on a visite, les gens etaient plaisant et ont trouve la
presentation interessante. Mais, en France, j'ai trouve que sur
quelques listes non-ouvertes, Pauline et moi ont ete accusse de
tellement de fausses allegations que j'ai ete etonne.

I heard that I was accused of being involved in the Urantia cult. One
just has to read http://www.cyberclass.net/turmel/urantia.htm to find
out what I think of this sect. Another reason some LETS groups were
criticized for inviting me was that it was presumed I could not speak
French. I can. Another allegation was that I completely blocked econ-
lets newsgroup with monster image files. Of course, I've never sent an
image file though it would be pretty tough to allege much blockage
with only text files. And more false allegations that are too numerous
and silly to mention. If they ever publish them in public rather in
hiding behind closed groups, I'll answer.
J'ai entendu que j'etais accuse d'etre membre du secte Urantia.
Il ne faut que de lire http://www.cyberclass.net/turmel/urantia.htm
pour trouver ce que je pense de ce secte. Des SELs qui m'ont invite
ont ete critique parcequ'il a ete suppose que je ne parle pas le
francais. Je le parle. Une autre allegation etait que j'avais
completement bloque la liste econ-lets avec des grands fichiers
d'images. Je n'ai jamais envoye une image mais ca serait assez
difficile d'alleger beaucoup de blocage avec des fichiers de textes.
Et d'autres allegations fausses trop nombreux et betes de mentionner.

But it did serve to prejudice some of the people who never met us to
believe them! When I got back to Canada, I found several other French
groups which I subscribed to. I usually send messages to two. All
subscriptions were rejected and my latest European Tour reports have
since been censored on the two newsgroups with no explanation despite
the fact that:

Mais ca a servi a prevenir quelques personnes qui nous ont jamais
rencontres a les croire. Lors de mon retour au Canada, j'ai trouve
quelques autres groups SEL a lesquels j'ai soumis ma sousscription.
D'habitude j'envoye mes messages a deux. Toutes les souscriptions ont
ete refusees et mes plus recents rapports de la tournee Europeenne ont
ete censures des deux groups sans explication meme que ca dit:

JCT: Anyone can post except me. Of course, the people who censured my
posts or made the false allegations are not those we met but it
certainly seems to have worked. Sad isn't it that people in every
country including France liked the presentation but those who never
heard it have decided that French LETSers should not. Fortunately,
they couldn't block the direct emails to my personal contact list but
one has to wonder what it was about my LETS reports that they found so
objectionable. Frankly, it's a pity that a small mendacious and
xenophobic group control access to these non-controlled groups. I
wonder what they're afraid of?
JCT: N'importe qui peut poster excepte moi. C'est vrai que les
personnes qui m'ont censure et faites les fausses allegations ne sont
pas ceux qui nous avons rencontrees. C'est dommage que toutes les
personnes dans tous les pays, meme en France, ont apprecie ma
presentation mais ceux qui l'ont pas entendu ont decide que les
Sellistes de France le liront pas. La bonne nouvelle est qu'ils n'ont
pas pu bloque ma liste de contactes personelle mais il faut se
demander qu'est-ce-qu'il avait dans mes rapports qu'ils ont trouve si
desagreable. Franchement, c'est pitie qu'un petit group menteur et
xenophobique puisse controller access a ces groupes "pas controlles."

Le SEL "Systeme de Troc d'Emploi Local" a un succes remarquable
autour du monde.

quatres SEL de Bradford, U.K., mais aussi le SEL de Vaasa en Finnlande

finance leur SEL municipal et certains en sont meme devenus membres.
Une motion pro-SEL est aujourd'hui devant le parlement britannique. Le
parlement de l'Australie a vote une telle loi pro-SEL il y a 3 ans et
le systeme "Internal Revenue" americain, 10 ans plus tot.
J'ai trouve que l'idee d'un compte GOLETS par courrier
electronique pour echange de temps a travers le monde est tres bien
recu parmi les Sellistes, membres de l'internet et ceux qui ne le sont
pas. Ceux qui n'etaient pas motives a joindre l'internet auparavant le
seront maintenant. Pendant les dernieres annees, il y a eu beaucoup de
variations chez les SEL: MLETS, QLETS and je veux maintenant designer
le SEL Global en ligne, "GOLETS."

monde une liste de centaines de sites web et d'articles pour expliquer
les raisons que nous trouvons le SEL Global en ligne si desirable.
Plusieurs sites sont organises par des groupes qui ont deja commence
des systemes prives de monnaie-de-temps SEL en ligne.
Les SEL sont les centres d'achat pour notre monnaie-de-temps.
Moi-meme, ainsi que biens d'amis et associes sur l'internet,
accepteront avec plaisir de payer nos fournisseurs de services
internet pour installer nos centres commerciaux en ligne.
J'accepterais personellement de payer le double et plus pour mon
service AOL si vous installiez GOLETS sur le menu de mon courrier
electronique. Je vous donne carte blanche. Lorsque je pourrai poster
mes premieres Heures de ce compte GOLETS en ligne, vous pourrez me
facturer.
Mes amis autour du monde commencent a faire la meme demande de
leurs ISPs (fournisseurs de services internet). Je vais transferer mon
service au plus proche ISP qui me fournira le GOLETS en ligne et je
pense que la plupart des members SEL du monde en ligne et de avec
leurs adherents changeront aussi.
