Letter from Owen Banks to the Town Council following the December 17 meeting

Stuart Owen sent an extremely long letter to the Town Council
following the extraordinary meeting on 17 December to discuss the
Cawdor planning application. It has taken a long time, but the Town
Council has now posted the letter on its website.

Since neither Mr Owen nor Mr Davies were taking notes on the meeting,
their ability to recall exactly what everyone said is truly amazing.
Let's hope no one was making an illegal and unauthorised recording of
proceedings.

The letter is certainly on a par with the application itself in terms
