PROBLEMS FACED BY MEMBERS WHEN EXPORTING PRODUCTS.

The Secretary to the Ministry of Ports and Aviation by letter dated
15th December 2009 has invited the National Chamber of Exporters of
Sri Lanka for a meeting to be held at the Ministry of Ports and
Aviation on 23rd December 2009 at 11.00 am, to discuss problems faced
by Members of the Chamber when exporting products.

The Chamber will be represented by the President at this important
meeting.

WE WOULD REQUEST YOU TO FORWARD TO THE CHAMBER REPRESENTATIONS WHICH
YOU WISH TO MAKE PREFERABLY BY THE 18TH DECMEBER 2009 BUT NOT LATER
THAN 1ST DECEMBER 2009 TO ENABLE THE CHAMBER TO MAKE MEANINGFUL
REPRESENTATIONS AT THIS MEETING.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF A RESPONSE THE CHAMBER WILL PRESUME
THAT EITHER YOUR ORGANISATION OR THE PARTICULAR PRODUCT SECTOR HAS NO
POBLEMS OR CONSTRAINTS WHEN EXPORTING PRODUCTS.
